How to Play HamsterJam on PC
HamsterJam is a Windows remake of the Commodore Vic20 game Rockman, originally created by Mastertronic in 1985. It features the original maps and rooms, and the unique boulder gameplay, but with bright, colourful cartoon graphics to bring it into the modern age. The player controls a character called Sniffles, who must collect all the rings in each room while avoiding monsters, skulls and deadly boulders. Once all the rings have been collected a exit must be found to move on to the next room. The monsters are mice, and must be avoided at all costs. Boulders can also turn them into jam, so they must be thrown at them.
There are several different modes of play to choose from, including a Time Trial mode and Mirror tournaments where all turned over levels must be played in order to progress. This offers players a challenging gaming experience, and fosters both solo and multiplayer engagement.
Application Software Download Free Windows
The most popular and easiest way to run HamsterJam on PC is by using the BlueStacks Android emulator. To get started, visit the BlueStacks website and click on the green color ‘Download BlueStacks’ button. This will automatically begin the app download based on your operating system. Once the app has finished downloading, it will appear on your desktop or laptop home screen and can be opened by double-clicking. Alternatively, you can use another powerful Android emulator for PC called MEmu play. This is much more lightweight compared to BlueStacks and is specifically designed for gaming purposes. It will take a little longer for MEmu to load initially, but once it does you can easily find and open the Google Playstore App from its home screen.
